I chose this agency to help with my application, thinking it would save time and effort. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
When I first consulted them, their sales team was very professional and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions and even promised to help write a few articles, making everything sound very reliable. Based on this, I decided to pay several thousand dollars, expecting professional services. However, after the payment was made, their attitude changed completely.
During the process, I had to prepare most of the key documents myself. The tasks they actually handled were minimal. Whenever I had questions, it would take them a long time to respond, if they even replied at all. It felt like I was constantly chasing them. After my application was rejected, I reached out to them for assistance but received no meaningful support or solutions.
I felt that I had paid a high price for services that didn’t deliver. It seemed like their main role was simply forwarding documents, with little actual value added. It was a complete waste of money!
What frustrated me even more was that they tried to sell insurance on the side, bundling the application process with insurance promotions. It all felt like a carefully designed trap. I trusted the agency to save me time and effort, but instead, it wasted both. Knowing what I know now, I would rather have handled everything myself—there’s absolutely no need to hire an agency.

The staffs here are helpful and lenient with installment payment (2-3 time payment). But would definitely recommend other agency as STI won’t assist on second time if application is rejected. I got to know few other agency will assist on application for 2nd time if application is rejected the 1st round. Unfortunately for me I only got to know about the other agencies after engaging with STI. For the amount they charge for the service, it is only fair if they don’t charge you separately for documents to be translated to english. But STI charge for that service.
