What is Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass?

Eligibility Requirements for the Overseas Networks and Expertise Pass Application

Those interested in applying for the ONEP must meet the following eligibility criterion:

●       You must have a fixed monthly income of at least SGD$30,000 or its equivalent in the foreign currency of origin. This income must have been generated for at least a year.

●       You must have a fixed monthly income of at least SGD$30,000 with the employer you will be working for.

●       You must be able to demonstrate that you have worked for a well-known company within the last year prior to applying. A well-established company has a market capitalization of at least $500 million or annual revenue of at least $200 million.

ONEP passes have a 5-year validity period and can be renewed. Renewal periods will be for five years. To be eligible for renewal, you must have earned a fixed monthly income of SGD$30,000 or more in Singapore in the previous five years.

Passes for families

Allowing talent to bring their family members is one way to support them, just as a tree needs to be rooted. The ONE pass allows pass holders to bring in their family members who have Dependant’s Passes or Long-Term Visit Passes.

●       Unmarried children under 21 years old, including those legally adopted

●       Unmarried handicapped children aged 21 and above

Is the ONE Pass (Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass) exempt from the minimum salary criteria?

Yes, there is an exemption for salary criteria for ONE Pass.

Individuals with exceptional achievements in the arts and culture, sports, science and technology, and research and academia may be eligible for ONE Pass even if they do not meet the salary criterion.

●       Those granted the ONE Pass in research and academia, or science and technology will have demonstrated a high level of achievement in scientific and other academic research. This could include a track record of producing significant results from research, as well as international recognition of scientific and academic leadership.
